Garlickly Green Beans with Toasted Almonds

This simple preparation of green beans, with butter, garlic, and toasted almonds is a family favourite!
Ingredients
  • 500gr fine green beans
  • 1 tbles butter
  • 2 cloves garlic sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp red chilli flakes
  • ⅓ cup slivered almonds, lightly toasted
Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a large, pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and the garlic salt and red chilli flakes into the butter.
  3. Add the green beans to the pan and toss until heated through, about 4 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  5. Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
Serve immediately
