Ingredients
  • 300 gr Chicken Breasts (cut into small cubes)
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 2 Green Chillies Sliced
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Paste
  • Salt to Taste
  • ½ Cup Chickpea Flour
  • ½ Cup Cake Flour
  • 2 Tsps Baking Powder
  • ½ Cup Coriander Chopped
  • 1 Cup Cream Style Corn
  • ½ Cup Sliced Peppadews
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • ½ Cup Oil
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 4 Eggs Lightly Beaten
  • ½ Cup Cheddar Cheese Grated
  • Sesame Seeds for Decorating.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Lightly grease a 28cm round quiche dish.
  3. Steam the chicken with the chopped onion, green chillies, garlic and salt. Steam for about 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Sift the flours and the baking powder in a mixing bowl.
  5. In a separate bowl add the rest of the ingredients besides the sesame seeds.
  6. Add in the flour mixture and mix well.
  7. Pour in the baking dish and decorate with some sesame seeds and bake for about 40-45minutes.
