- 6 Cups Baby Spinach
- 250 gr Strawberries Halved
- 2 Whole Avocadoes Diced
- 100gr Feta Lightly Crumbled
- 1 Cup walnuts, Lightly Toasted
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Combine spinach, strawberries, diced avocados onto a large serving platter.
- Arrange the feta and toasted walnuts evenly across the top.
- Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
- When ready to serve, pour dressing lightly over the salad and serve.
