NO KNEAD MULTISEED HEALTH LOAF

Ingredients
  • ¾ Cup SnowflakeNutty Wheat Flour
  • ¾ Cup Cake Flour
  • ½ Cup Bran
  • 1 Tbles Baking Powder
  • ½ Tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • ½ Cup Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
  • ½ Cup Toasted Sunflower Seeds
  • 2 Tbles Sesame Seeds
  • 2 Tbles Black Sesame Seeds
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ Cup Honey
  • ¼ Cup Oil
  • ½ Cup Orange Juice or Water
  • ½ Cup Buttermilk
  • Mixed Seeds for Topping
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Mix together flours, bran, baking powder, bicarb, salt and seeds.
  3. Beat together eggs, honey, oil orange juice and buttermilk.
  4. Add to the flour mix and stir well until just combined. Do not overmix as it will make the bread too dense.
  5. Pour into a greased loaf pan, sprinkle with mixed seeds of your choice and let it rest for approx. 10mins.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.
  7. Leave to cool slightly before slicing.
