NO KNEAD MULTISEED HEALTH LOAF

- ¾ Cup SnowflakeNutty Wheat Flour
- ¾ Cup Cake Flour
- ½ Cup Bran
- 1 Tbles Baking Powder
- ½ Tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
- ½ Tsp Salt
- ½ Cup Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
- ½ Cup Toasted Sunflower Seeds
- 2 Tbles Sesame Seeds
- 2 Tbles Black Sesame Seeds
- 2 Eggs
- ¼ Cup Honey
- ¼ Cup Oil
- ½ Cup Orange Juice or Water
- ½ Cup Buttermilk
- Mixed Seeds for Topping
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Mix together flours, bran, baking powder, bicarb, salt and seeds.
- Beat together eggs, honey, oil orange juice and buttermilk.
- Add to the flour mix and stir well until just combined. Do not overmix as it will make the bread too dense.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan, sprinkle with mixed seeds of your choice and let it rest for approx. 10mins.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Leave to cool slightly before slicing.
