Ingredients
1 Cup Almond Flour
½ Cup Coconut
1 Tbsp Psyllium Husk
2 Tsp Xanthan Gum
½ Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
½ Tsp Chilli Powder
1 Fresh Garlic Clove Grated
1 Cm Fresh Ginger Grated
2 Green Chillies Finely Sliced
Handful of Chopped Baby Spinach
¼ Cup Chopped Coriander
Instructions
Mix into a dough and make a ball. Leave aside for about 5 minutes. Pour about 2 tbsp coconut or olive oil over the dough and knead well. Make balls and flatten them into a doughnut shape. Fry in medium heat in coconut oil mixed with a little ghee.
