Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup coconut cream
- ¼ cup xylitol
- ⅛ cup water
Instructions
- Peel avocados and cut into chunks.
- Blitz in a blender with all the other ingredients until smooth.
- Chill for a few hours before serving.
Decorate with fresh cream, raspberries and chopped pistachios
