Everyone loves pudding so why not try this amazing pineapple and coconut dessert which is light and creamy with such a refreshing fruity taste!
Ingredients
  • 1 430gr can of crushed pineapple
  • 1 90gr pkt instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 250ml (1cup) fresh cream lightly whipped
  • ¼ cup dessicated coconut flakes
  • ¼ cup milk
  • Fresh berries for decorating
Instructions
  1. Mix crushed pineapple and dry pudding mix.
  2. Gently stir in coconut and lightly whipped cream.
  3. Stir in milk if mixture feels a bit too stiff.
  4. Decorate with fresh berries
  5. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
