If you like quick and easy recipes, these cheesy chicken fritters are definitely the one’s to try. Not only do they make a perfect midweek meal but make them bite-sized and they will also make great party finger food. Serve it with our delicious Coriander and Lime Mayo Dip.
SPICY CHICKEN CUTLETS

Ingredients
- 500gr Coarsely Ground Chicken
- 1 Egg (lightly beaten)
- 3 Tbles Mayonnaise
- ½ Cup Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
- Salt to Taste
- ½ Tsp Green Chilli Paste
- ½ Tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 Medium Onion Finely Chopped
- 3 Tbles Chopped Coriander
- ¼ Cup of Flour
- 2 Tbles Oil
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except oil in a bowl.
- Mix well until everything is well combined.
- Let it marinate in the fridge for a few hours
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Form the mixture into cutlets and lightly flatten with the back of a spoon.
- Cook for about 3 minutes on either side.
Serve with a Green Salad and Coriander and Lime Mayo Dip
Notes
Grind chicken fillets in a food processor in order to get a nice coarse texture.
