Who doesn’t love chicken wings! Skip the grease and make this easy baked chicken wings recipe coated in a simple sweet and spicy marinade.

Ingredients
- 1kg Chicken wings
- Salt to taste
Marinade
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsps garlic paste
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 50gr pkt tomato paste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbles chilli sauce
- 3 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbles sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the marinade ingredients.
- Season the chicken wings with salt before coating in the marinade.
- Cover, refrigerate for at least an hour (overnight is best). .
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Spray & cook a baking tray, and spread the chicken wings in a single layer in the tray.
- Bake for approx 30-40 minutes, or until the chicken is crispy and golden brown.
Serve Immediately
